I have been a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise in the Atlanta area since 2003. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Health Promotion and Education and have worked as a fitness professional with diverse settings including home, corporate, country club, and physical therapy centers. I have worked with all age groups, from early teens to individuals in their eighties. In addition, I have worked clients with various limitations and conditions.
